Orlando is survived by his wife, Toni Ann; son, Vincent; daughter, Carmen; mother, Manuela.
“My husband was a very kind, gentle man. He loved his family & friends with a deep passion. Some of Orlando’s enjoyments were the Mariners, our annual trip to Lake Chelan, Seahawks, decorating for Halloween was ‘his job’ to watching his family decorate for Christmas that was ‘our job’. And we cannot forget his year round enjoyment of concert-going with his pals! Orlando was a wonderful husband, proud father & true friend.”
